Benicia High will be hosting a School Board Candidate Forum October 22 in the PAB. Improv Show this Friday, October 24, at 7:00 pm in the PAB. Tickets are $3 at the door.

On Wednesday, October 22, candidates

Ferrucci, Morgan, Messina, and Switzer will be attending.

At 6:30 there will be a meet and greet with light refreshments.

At 7:00 the forum will begin and questions from students and the public will be addressed.

Teacher of the Year

VFW - Benicia Post 3928 & Ladies Auxiliary will recognize one outstanding teacher in grades K-12. There are national awards for top K-5, 6-8, and 9-12:

INSPIRE is the first national high school research competition in the humanities, arts and social sciences. This contest was created by MIT Students and is comprised of two rounds. The preliminary round involves an online submission of research projects. Deadlines and information available here.
